The Rays selected Conley's contract from Triple-A Durham on Saturday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
The lefty has appeared in 27 games for Durham since signing May 10, posting a 4.35 ERA and 34:18 K:BB in 31 innings of relief. Conley will offer additional bullpen depth after Evan Phillips, who threw three innings Friday, was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
