Palacios isn't in the Rays' lineup for Thursday's game versus the Yankees, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
With lefty Nestor Cortes set to start on the bump for New York, the lefty-hitting Palacios will step out of the lineup. He'll give way to Amed Rosario, who will bat fifth while starting at the keystone.
