Refsnyder entered Tuesday's game after left fielder Tommy Pham departed with back spams and went 1-for-3 in a loss to Toronto.
Refsnyder played right field while Alex Verdugo shifted from right to left field. Pham also had back issues over the previous weekend, so it might be time to give him multiple days off, which could present an opportunity for Refsnyder.
