Reds' Luis Cessa: Dropped from 40-man roster

The Reds designated Cessa for assignment Tuesday.

Cessa lost his rotation spot last week and has now also been removed from the 40-man roster. He had been lit up for 26 earned runs in 26 innings this season with Cincinnati. Ben Lively has been called up in a corresponding move and will presumably jump into the Reds' rotation this week.
