Rockies' Connor Kaiser: DFA'd by Colorado

Kaiser was designated for assignment by the Rockies on Sunday.

Kaiser was optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque on June 22 and has now lost his spot on the 40-man roster. The 26-year-old played in three games during his brief taste of the majors and went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.
