Royals' Randy Rosario: Activated from injured list

Rosario (arm) was activated from the 10-day injured list Friday, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Rosario had been out since the start of the season with arm tightness. He's evidently past the issue now, however, and will provide the Royals with a left-handed option out of the bullpen. He's unlikely to be a high-leverage arm, however, as he owns a career 4.83 ERa in 63.1 major-league innings. Salvador Perez (eye) was placed on the injured list in a corresponding move.
