Tigers' Riley Greene: Lands on injured list

The Tigers placed Greene on the 10-day injured list Saturday with right elbow inflammation, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

After making a diving catch in Friday's win over the White Sox, Greene's elbow became swollen and sore overnight. He'll be shut down for now and undergo an MRI in about a week, at which point a clearer return timeline should emerge. Tyler Nevin was recalled from Triple-A Toledo in a corresponding move.
