Tigers' Sandy Baez: Re-signs with Tigers

Baez signed a minor-league deal with the Tigers on Tuesday.

Baez returns to the Tigers less than a week after being released, the lone difference being he is no longer on the 40-man roster. The 25-year-old has spent most of the season at Triple-A Toledo and had a 7.36 ERA over 22 innings before being demoted to Double-A Erie in July.
