Twins' Travis Adams: Sent back to minors

The Twins optioned Adams to Triple-A St. Paul on Monday.

The corresponding move will come Tuesday, when Simeon Woods Richardson is expected to be recalled from Triple-A to start against the Rangers. Adams was called up over the weekend and did not make an appearance out of the Minnesota bullpen.
