The Yankees outrighted Cornielle to the Florida Complex League on Thursday.
Cornielle was removed from the 40-man roster earlier this week, but he will remain in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. The righty held a 3.10 ERA and 74:41 K:BB over 72.2 frames this season with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
