Buxton went 3-for-4 with a double, a walk and three runs scored in Wednesday's 8-6 win over the Tigers.

This was the second multi-hit effort of the season for Buxton, who has struggled to get much going at the plate. He's also drawn a walk in three straight games. The outfielder is batting .214 with a .625 OPS through 11 contests, and he's added one RBI, eight runs, three doubles and one triple, through he's yet to hit a home run or attempt a stolen base. Buxton has been atop the lineup for the last three games, including one against a right-handed pitcher, but he'll need to build off this performance to avoid dropping down the order.

Soler was suspended seven games by Major League Baseball on Wednesday for his involvement in a brawl during Tuesday's game with Atlanta, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports. Soler is appealing the suspension.

Soler charged the mound and traded punches with Atlanta pitcher Reynaldo Lopez after high inside pitch from Lopez in the fifth inning. Earlier in the game, Soler homered in his first plate appearance and was hit by a pitch by Lopez his second time up. The 34-year-old Soler will continue to be available to play for the Angels as the appeals process plays out.

Soler was ejected from Tuesday's game against Atlanta after getting into a fight with Reynaldo Lopez.

Soler entered Tuesday's contest batting .591 (13-for-22) against Lopez, and he continued his success against the right-hander by hitting a two-run home run during his first at-bat of the game. After getting hit by a pitch during his second plate appearance, the 34-year-old avoided a pitch near his head when he stepped to the plate for the third time and subsequently charged the mound. Both players were ejected from the game after trading punches, and there's a good chance they will receive additional discipline from Major League Baseball.

Bell went 3-for-4 with an RBI double during the Twins' 4-2 win over the Tigers on Tuesday.

Bell gave the Twins a 4-0 lead in the fifth after he smacked an RBI double off Tarik Skubal. Bell leads the Twins with four doubles, and his eight RBI are tied with Tristan Gray for the clubhouse lead. Bell has gone 9-for-34 (.265) with two home runs to open the 2026 campaign.

Alvarez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and two walks in Sunday's 12-10 loss to the Athletics.

Alvarez took Jacob Lopez deep in the fifth inning to get the scoring started in this one. It was Alvarez's fourth long ball of the season, and he's now driven in 10 runs. One of the hottest hitters in baseball through the first week-and-a-half, Alvarez owns a robust .400/.578/.900 slash line with 10 runs scored, one stolen base and a 12:6 BB:K across 45 trips to the plate. He's taken six walks over his last two games.

Rooker went 2-for-4 with two home runs, six RBI, two runs scored and a walk in Sunday's 12-10 win over the Astros.

Prior to Sunday's game, Rooker opened the season 4-for-30 with one RBI and a 3:14 BB:K across 33 trips to the plate. Rooker busted the slump in a big way in Sunday's back-and-forth affair. He hit a sacrifice fly in the fifth, broke a 5-5 tie with a two-run homer in the seventh and then walked it off with a three-run shot in the bottom of the 10th inning. Rooker now has his slash line up to .176/.256/.353 through nine games.

Pederson went 1-for-3 with a walk and a home run in Sunday's 2-1 loss to Cincinnati.

Pederson halted an 0-for-16 stretch to start the season with a seventh-inning home run. It's been a frustrating start to 2026, the second straight season he's opened with a significant slump. In 2025, Pederson was batting .052 (3-for-58) after 20 games on his way to a .181 average and nine home runs over 96 games.

Buxton (forearm) is starting at DH and batting second against Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Buxton was hit in the forearm by a pitch Friday and was held out of Saturday's contest. However, he appears to have avoided a major injury given his return to the lineup Sunday. The All-Star outfielder has struggled to begin the campaign, slashing .154/.207/.269 with just one RBI and a 1:9 BB:K through seven games.

Alvarez went 1-for-1 with an RBI, a run scored and four walks in Saturday's 11-0 rout over the A's.

Alvarez's four walks matched a career high, as the slugger continues to reach base at a prolific rate in the early going -- his OBP is up to .590 through his first nine games. Through 39 plate appearances, Alvarez is 11-for-26 with three home runs, eight RBI and an eye-popping 1.475 OPS.

Stanton went 1-for-3 with two RBI, two walks, one run scored and one stolen base in Saturday's 9-7 win over the Marlins.

Stanton walked in the seventh inning and stole second base, his first regular-season stolen base since the 2020 season. He then scored on a passed ball by Agustin Ramirez. The following inning, with the game tied 6-6, Stanton drove home Aaron Judge and Ryan McMahon with a two-run single, which proved to be the game-winning hit for the Yankees. Stanton has been swinging a hot bat to begin the season and is slashing .393/.433/.571 with one home run, six RBI, three runs scored, one stolen base and a 2:6 BB:K across 30 plate appearances.
