Angels' Christian Moore: Optioned to Triple-A
The Angels optioned Moore to Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday.
Moore joined the active roster last week and went 4-for-20 with an RBI and 11 strikeouts while appearing in six games. With Jose Siri returning from the paternity list Saturday, Moore will now head back to the minors, where he sports a 1.053 OPS across 252 plate appearances. If his bat heats up again at Triple-A, the 23-year-old could draw consideration for another promotion later this summer.

Beavers, who was placed on the injured list May 13 with a right oblique strain, is feeling good and appears on the cusp of being reinstated. The 24-year-old is going through a workout Saturday after participating in six rehab games, which could be the final hurdle before activation. Wyatt Langford LF | TEX
Rangers' Wyatt Langford: Late scratch Saturday
Langford was scratched from the lineup for Saturday's game against Toronto due to left hamstring tightness, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.
Langford has slashed .405/.457/.833 while logging a base hit in nine of the Rangers' last 10 games, but a hamstring issue will prevent him from continuing his hot streak Saturday. The severity of his injury is still unclear, but the team will likely provide more information in the near future.

Schneider owns just a .578 OPS in the big leagues this season and will likely have to show improvement at the plate in the minors before getting another chance with the Jays.

X-rays came back negative after the game, but he won't be able to avoid spending time on the injured list. He'll be eligible to return July 7; meanwhile, Yohendrick Pinango will return from Triple-A to fill the opening on the 26-man roster.
