Sanchez went 1-for-4 with two RBI in Sunday's 5-3 loss to the Marlins.

Sanchez came through in a key spot late, lining a two-run single to right-center in the eighth inning with the bases loaded to cut into Miami's lead. It was the 33-year-old's only hit of the game after starting the contest 0-for-3, but it kept Milwaukee within striking distance. In his return season with the Brewers, Sanchez has provided strong power production, slashing .238/.429/.619 with five home runs, 11 RBI and eight runs scored across 56 plate appearances.

Garcia went 0-for-3 with a walk in Sunday's 4-2 loss to Atlanta.

While Garcia went hitless for the ninth time in his last 12 contests, he did extend his on-base streak to six consecutive games. The outfielder has hit cleanup for the Phillies in six straight outings as well, so he should have plenty of RBI chances going forward. Through 85 plate appearances, Garcia is slashing a frosty .205/.306/.342 with two home runs, four doubles and five RBI.

The Orioles outrighted Sandridge to Triple-A Norfolk on Sunday.

Sandridge will stick around in the Baltimore organization after going unclaimed off waivers upon being designated for assignment a few days earlier. The lefty reliever had covered 1.2 scoreless innings over two appearances for Norfolk this season before losing his spot on the Orioles' 40-man roster.

Gelof went 1-for-3 with a two-run double and a run scored in Sunday's loss to the White Sox.

Gelof drew the start in right field and contributed with his timely double in the seventh inning before being pinch hit for by Jeff McNeil in the ninth. The double marked Gelof's first RBI of the campaign after opening the season at Triple-A Las Vegas and being recalled April 10. The 26-year-old has seen minimal playing time thus far, going 2-for-8 (.250) across seven MLB appearances.

Valdez (2-1) tallied the win Sunday against the Red Sox, allowing one run on three hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out seven.

The star left-hander flooded the zone Sunday, firing 70 of his 98 offerings for strikes en route to fanning a season-high seven. Valdez has now worked at least six innings and given up one or zero runs in four of his first five starts, though the other outing during this span was an eight-run implosion in Minnesota. Valdez owns a strong 3.30 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 20:9 K:BB over 30 frames overall, but he has a fairly tough assignment for his next outing at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park versus the Reds.

Fairbanks earned the save Sunday against the Brewers, tossing a perfect ninth inning with two strikeouts.

Fairbanks was dominant in the ninth, striking out the first two batters he faced on just three pitches each before inducing a groundout to secure the victory. It was the right-hander's third save of the season. After allowing three runs in back-to-back appearances to begin April, Fairbanks has now posted consecutive perfect frames, reinforcing that his role as the primary closer should remain secure.

Murakami went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 7-4 win over Athletics.

Murakami extended his club's lead with a towering two-run blast in a lefty-lefty matchup against Jeffrey Springs in the fifth inning. It marked the first-year slugger's third homer in as many days and eighth of the season. His .208 batting average and 33.3 percent strikeout rate leave something to be desired, but Murakami's power, combined with a 21.5 percent walk rate, has helped produce a .918 OPS through 22 games.

Rojas is expected to join the Twins' major-league roster Monday in New York, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.

Rojas will join the big-league club ahead of the team's three-game set on the road against the Mets beginning Tuesday. The southpaw has tossed six scoreless innings, giving up four hits and two walks while striking out five batters in two appearances, including a start, with Triple-A St. Paul this season. Rojas now appears to be on track to make his major-league debut against New York.

Crochet (2-3) took the loss Sunday against the Tigers, allowing five runs on seven hits and two walks in five innings. He struck out eight.

Following a career-worst start in Minnesota that saw him surrender 11 runs, Crochet couldn't find his ace form Sunday. He did settle in for three scoreless frames after Dillon Dingler took him deep in the opening inning, but Crochet then gave up four more runs with two outs in the fifth. The star left-hander now holds a disappointing 7.88 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 30:9 K:BB over 24 innings, so he'll look to figure things out in his next scheduled start versus Baltimore.

Montgomery went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's victory over Athletics.

Montgomery went deep for the second straight day, this time crushing a slider over the center-field fence in a lefty-lefty matchup with Jeffrey Springs in the fifth inning. The infielder has been on a power surge of late, slashing .261/.414/.739 with three homers, six RBI and four runs over his past seven games. After posting an .840 OPS across 71 games as a rookie in 2025, Montgomery owns a .771 mark through 22 contests in 2026.
