Powell entered the league's health and safety protocols Thursday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Powell appeared in two games after joining the parent club last weekend, but he'll be forced to spend some time away from the team. Whether he's tested positive for COVID-19 remains to be seen, and it's not yet clear when he'll be able to return.
