Covington (knee) didn't participate in Thursday's practice session, Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Covington hasn't played since late December due to a left knee bone bruise, and he doesn't appear to be close to a return. It seems unlikely that he'll be available late in the regular season or during postseason play.
