Middleton (knee) is out Saturday against the Cavaliers, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.
A hyperextended left knee will keep Middleton sidelined for a third straight game. Jrue Holiday should continue to run the show with Giannis Antetokounmpo (COVID-19 protocols) also sidelined.
