Cavaliers' Tyrese Proctor: Won't start Tuesday

Proctor won't start in Tuesday's preseason game against the Pistons.

With Donovan Mitchell (rest) and Sam Merrill (undisclosed) returning to action, Proctor will retreat to the bench. The Duke product drew the start in Sunday's preseason loss to the Celtics, posting 12 points (5-14 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 0-1 FT), four assists, two rebounds and one steal in 28 minutes.
