Hawks' Danilo Gallinari: Scores game-high 27 points

Gallinari supplied 27 points (11-21 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and three assists in 41 minutes during Sunday's 117-112 loss to the Pelicans.

Gallinari continues to draw starts in place of John Collins (finger/foot), but he was extra assertive Sunday, as he notched season highs in minutes, points, attempted field goals and made field goals. As a starter this season (13 games), he's averaged 13.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 29.2 minutes per game. As long as Collins remains sidelined, Gallinari figures to garner a substantial role for the Hawks.
