The Hornets signed Bailey to a two-way contract Friday.
Bailey will split time between the NBA and G League in 2023-24 after being a second-round draft pick by the Hornets. The rookie guard is mostly known for his scoring ability and will join Xavier Sneed and Theo Maledon as two-way players for Charlotte.
