Hornets' Collin Sexton: Unlikely to play Saturday

Sexton (quadriceps) is doubtful for Saturday's game against the Pistons.

Sexton is likely to miss his sixth consecutive contest due to a left quadriceps strain. On a more positive note, this marks the first time he has initially been ruled as doubtful instead of out since sustaining the injury. If he's ultimately ruled out, Sion James, Tre Mann (knee) and KJ Simpson are candidates for increased playing time.
