Lakers' Carmelo Anthony: Puts up 20 points in loss

Anthony chipped in 20 points (8-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and seven rebounds in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 126-121 loss to Philadelphia.

The Lakers got plenty of production from their veterans Wednesday, with Anthony, Dwight Howard and Russell Westbrook combining for 68 points. This was Anthony's first performance of 20-plus points since he scored 20 against Dallas on March 1. The 37-year-old is averaging 13.6 points on 44.6 percent shooting in his first season as a Laker.
