Nuggets' Justin Holiday: Starting Thursday

Holiday will be in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Lakers, Harrison Wind of TheDNVR.com reports.

Holiday is replacing Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (hamstring) in the first unit, and he'll be joined by Jamal Murray, Michael Porter, Aaron Gordon and Nikola Jokic. With Denver's other main players healthy, Holiday isn't the most attractive streamer despite the increased opportunity.
