Pistons' Kevin Knox: Moves into starting lineup

Knox will move into the starting lineup for Friday's game against Houston, Lachard Binkley of TheDreamShake.com reports.

Knox will be replacing Isaiah Livers in the first unit. Knox gave the Pistons a spark off the bench against the Spurs on Wednesday, scoring 12 points with four rebounds and a pair of three-pointers in 24 minutes.
