The Raptors signed Harper (shoulder) to a two-way contract Thursday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Harper injured his shoulder in Summer League but should be ready for the start of the 2023-24 season. The second-year forward made just nine appearances for the Raptors last season and will split time between the NBA and G League next year.
