Clark will come off the bench in Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Heat.
Clark started in the Timberwolves preseason finale with Anthony Edwards (rest) taking the night off, but Edwards is back and starting for Opening Night. As a reserve last season, Clark averaged 4.0 points in 12.8 minutes per game.
