Timberwolves' P.J. Dozier: Gets starting nod

Dozier is starting Thursday's preseason game against the Nuggets.

Dozier is running with the first unit while Minnesota rests nearly all of its usual rotation players. He'll start alongside Rob Dillingham, Terrence Shannon, Josh Minott and Luka Garza.
