Jaylen Brown SF | PHI
76ers' Jaylen Brown: Scores 27 points
Brown tallied 27 points (9-19 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds, five assists and three steals across 35 minutes in Saturday's 127-116 win over the Bucks.
Brown has scored at least 20 points in his last two games, and he took advantage of an expanded offensive role Saturday with LeBron James (back) on the sidelines for the first game of a back-to-back set. His three steals also provided a significant fantasy boost, giving him six over his last two appearances. Brown's scoring volume and playing time remain encouraging, and while it's early in the season, he's doing a good job of adjusting to a lineup featuring several players who need consistent touches, including James, Maxey and Joel Embiid (rest).

Kel'el Ware C | MIL
Bucks' Kel'el Ware: Bounces back with double-double
Ware registered 19 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 13 rebounds, an assist, a steal and two blocks across 29 minutes in Saturday's 127-116 loss to the 76ers.
Ware made the most of his extended opportunity, producing a double-double while also leaving his mark on the defensive end of the court. His 29 minutes were particularly notable compared with Myles Turner's 20, suggesting Ware could push for a larger role in Milwaukee's frontcourt as the season progresses. However, his playing time remains worth monitoring, as his current bench role could limit his chances to produce at this rate on a consistent basis.

Tyler Herro PG | MIL
Bucks' Tyler Herro: Subpar showing Saturday
Herro finished with 13 points (6-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 0-0 FT), six rebounds and three assists across 31 minutes in Saturday's 127-116 loss to the 76ers.
Herro logged the second-most minutes for the Bucks in this 11-point loss, but his contributions were subpar -- he didn't record a single defensive stat and only attempted three shots from beyond the arc. This was a step in the wrong direction for Herro, who opened the season scoring 58 points combined in his first two outings while shooting 9-for-21 from deep. Despite Saturday's subpar showing, Herro's role as one of the Bucks' go-to offensive options can't be overlooked.

Kyle Kuzma PF | MIL
Bucks' Kyle Kuzma: Posts double-double Saturday
Kuzma posted 14 points (6-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds and three assists across 35 minutes in Saturday's 127-116 loss to the 76ers.
Kuzma delivered his strongest contribution on the glass, collecting 12 rebounds while playing a team-high 35 minutes. However, his scoring remained modest, and he failed to register a steal or block. His substantial workload offers some fantasy stability, but with Milwaukee featuring several offensive options, Kuzma may need consistent rebounding to compensate for the ups and downs in his scoring production. He's yet to reach the 15-point mark despite playing at least 27 minutes in every game.

Jarrett Allen C | CLE
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Nearly perfect from field
Allen produced 21 points (7-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 6-8 FT), eight rebounds, two steals and a block across 27 minutes in Saturday's 125-121 win over the Nets.
Allen improved upon his 14-point season opener with an efficient scoring performance, making seven of eight field-goal attempts en route to finishing as the Cavaliers' second-highest scorer. He also finished second on the team in rebounds and added three stocks, making his presence felt on both ends of the court. Allen's rebounding and blocks should provide a reliable fantasy foundation, although his scoring output will likely fluctuate depending on Cleveland's offensive distribution. He's scored at least 14 points in his first two outings this season, so he's enjoying a strong start to the campaign.

Donovan Mitchell SG | CLE
Cavaliers' Donovan Mitchell: Leads Cavaliers in scoring
Mitchell finished with 22 points (7-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), five rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block across 35 minutes in Saturday's 125-121 win over the Nets.
Mitchell followed his 32-point season opener with another productive scoring performance, and he's led the Cavaliers in scoring in both games thus far. Although sharing offensive responsibilities with James Harden and Evan Mobley could cause occasional fluctuations in his usage and assist totals, his role as the team's No. 1 scorer and primary playmaker looks set in stone, and he's one of the shooting guards with the highest fantasy floor across all formats.
-
Jaylon Tyson SF | CLE
Cavaliers' Jaylon Tyson: Provides scoring spark off bench
Tyson tallied 15 points (6-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 0-0 FT), a rebound, four assists and a steal across 21 minutes in Saturday's 125-121 win over the Nets.
Tyson bounced back from his three-point performance against Philadelphia in the regular-season opener Thursday, making three triples while contributing four assists in a reserve role this time around. With Cleveland featuring several established offensive options, Tyson may struggle to deliver consistent fantasy value unless his workload increases, as he's played under 25 minutes off the bench in his first two appearances this season.

Chaney Johnson SF | BKN
Nets' Chaney Johnson: Scores 10 points Saturday
Johnson recorded 10 points (4-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt), five rebounds, three assists and two steals across 27 minutes off the bench in Saturday's 125-121 loss to the Cavaliers.
Johnson was one of four Brooklyn players -- and the only one who came off the bench -- to score in double digits in Saturday's loss. The former Auburn standout saw an expanded role off the bench after playing just five minutes in the regular-season opener against Charlotte on Wednesday, but he's unlikely to hover around the 20-minute mark consistently. He should be a depth option in the frontcourt and not much more, which limits his fantasy appeal considerably.
-
Julius Randle PF | BKN
Nets' Julius Randle: Puts up 23 points in loss
Randle delivered 23 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 7-8 FT), six rebounds and five assists across 35 minutes in Saturday's 125-121 loss to the Cavaliers.
Randle followed his 33-point performance in the season opener with a more balanced offensive performance this time around, reducing his shot attempts while contributing as a facilitator. His scoring output could fluctuate depending on how the Nets distribute opportunities between him and Michael Porter, as well as on the likes of Egor Demin and Mikel Brown (rest) stepping up from time to time. But Randle should be one of the Nets' go-to offensive options every time he steps on the hardwood, which should give him enough of a floor to be a reliable contributor in most contests.
-
Egor Demin PG | BKN
Nets' Egor Demin: Bounces back with 22-point effort
Demin posted 22 points (5-10 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 7-7 FT), four rebounds and six assists across 31 minutes in Saturday's 125-121 loss to the Cavaliers.
Demin rebounded from a four-point season opener with a much stronger offensive performance, connecting on five triples after missing all five of his attempts Wednesday. His six assists were also encouraging after recording just two in his debut. The 31-minute workload suggests Brooklyn will continue giving him significant opportunities, although his shooting consistency remains a concern for fantasy managers. His long-term upside should be somewhere in the middle between this impressive outing and the struggles he endured in the opener.
