The Broncos DST was No. 1 in 2015 as the defense led the way to Denver winning Super Bowl 50, and Fantasy owners will be hoping for a repeat performance this season. The Broncos had 52 sacks, 14 interceptions, 13 fumble recoveries, six DST touchdowns and held opponents to 296 points. The sacks were best in the NFL, and the points allowed were No. 4. Denver loses two key pieces on defense with Malik Jackson (Jacksonville) and Danny Trevathan (Chicago) gone, but the Broncos still have a dominant pass rush led by DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller and a tremendous secondary led by Chris Harris and Aqib Talib. It should be another stellar season for the Broncos DST, making them worth drafting with a late-round pick in all formats. It would not be a surprise to see the Broncos repeat as the No. 1 DST this season.
