Cleveland's defense remains a unit in rebuild mode, though the addition of No. 1 overall pick Myles Garrett does give them an awfully impressive piece to build around. The squad totaled 26 sacks and 10 interceptions last year -- low totals by NFL standards. They also allowed an average of 28.2 points per game, third worst in the league. Garrett is a start, but until the Browns defense adds enough talent to start slowing down opponents, their DST won't be anywhere close to consideration in Fantasy.
