Anthony Pittman: Placed on COVID-19 list

Pittman was placed on the Lions' practice squad reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Dave Birkett of The Detroit Free Press reports.

Pittman will now have to pass league protocols before he can return to the practice squad.
