Larkin (undisclosed) was reinstated to the Panthers' practice squad Thursday from the practice squad COVID-19 list, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Larkin was placed on the practice squad COVID list list week but has now cleared the health and safety protocols. He appeared in nine games for the Panthers in 2020 but hasn't seen the field this season.
