Bengals' John Ross: Finally active again

Ross is active for Sunday's conference tilt against the Colts, his first time enjoying that status since the Bengals' Week 2 loss to the Browns.

Ross has fallen out of favor with the Bengals' coaching staff, relegated to a healthy scratch on occasion this season. However, Auden Tate is inactive this week, opening a tiny window for Ross to make another impression.
