Dugger (quadriceps) doesn't have an injury designation against the Ravens on Sunday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Dugger has been cleared to return from a two-game absence due to a quadriceps injury. He figures to see most of his playing time on special teams while operating in a depth role in the secondary behind starting safeties Jordan Battle and Bryan Cook.
