Bills' Jonathan Dowling: Comes off NFI list

Dowling, who was on the Active/Non-Football Illness list when camp began this weekend, returned to practice Monday after passing his physical, BuffaloBills.com reports.

Dowling, a seventh-round pick of the Raiders in 2014, will try to make the Bills as a special teams player and reserve defensive back.
