Bills' Shaq Thompson: Exits game with neck injury

Thompson (neck) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns.

Thompson sustained the injury during the first quarter, and he's being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Dorian Williams will likely step into a more prominent role in defense for as long as Thompson is out of the game.
