Brandon Doughty: Let go by Dolphins

Doughty was waived by the Dolphins on Saturday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

Doughty was competing with David Fales for third on the depth chart if the Dolphins even opted to carry three quarterbacks into the regular season. He ultimately lost the role and looks like a practice squad candidate going forward.
