Cardinals' Myjai Sanders: Set to return from IR

Arizona designated Sanders (thumb) to return from its injured reserve list Thursday.

Sanders spent the Cardinals' first five games of the season on the injured reserve list recovering from a hand injury, but his return now seems to be imminent. It's still not clear whether he'll be active in time for Sunday's game at the Rams, however.
