Chad Williams: Released off IR

Williams (undisclosed) was released by the Colts with an injury settlement on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Williams went unclaimed off waivers after he was waived/injured by the Colts, and as evidenced by this news, he'll be free to sign with any team. The 2017 third-round pick appeared in one game with the Colts last season, failing to haul in his only target.
