Chargers' Cam Hart: Unable to suit up Sunday

Hart (hip) is inactive for Sunday's Week 3 battle against the Broncos.

Hart was a limited participant in practice throughout the week, but that won't be enough for him to take the field Sunday. Benjamin St-Juste is getting a start at cornerback in Hart's stead.
