The Ravens have waived Ford.
Ford will now look to catch on elsewhere as a depth tight end, while the Ravens continue to roster the likes of Benjamin Watson, Crockett Gillmore and Maxx Williams, with Dennis Pitta also hoping to return to the team's mix after seeing his 2015 season wiped out by a hip injury.
