Chiefs' Olakunle Fatukasi: Headed to IR

Fatukasi (concussion) was reverted to Kansas City's reserve/injured list Wednesday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.

Fatukasi suffered a concussion in the Chiefs' preseason finale against the Browns and was waived/injured by the team Tuesday. The 24-year-old has since cleared waivers and will revert to Kansas City's IR .
