Head coach Frank Reich said Wednesday that Castonzo will undergo season-ending ankle surgery, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports.
Castonzo will be placed on IR in the near future. He started 12 games this season and has one year remaining on his contract. Chaz Green is expected to slot in at left tackle for the season finale against the Jaguars.
