D.J. Montgomery: Waived by Jets

The Jets waived Montgomery on Tuesday.

Montgomery spent the 2020 season on the Jets' practice squad and subsequently signed a reserve/future contract with them the following the season. After spending a full off-season with the team, he was ultimately unable to make enough of an impression to earn a spot on the 53-man roster.
