David Irving: Placed on COVID-19 list

Irving (undisclosed) was placed on the practice squad COVID-19 list, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN reports.

Irving was considered a high-risk close contact after Clelin Ferrell tested positive for the virus Tuesday. Irving will now need to clear the league's COVID-19 protocols before he's granted a return to the Raiders' scout team.
