DeAndrew White: Shifts to waiver wire

The Panthers waived White on Sunday, Myles Simmons of the team's official site reports.

White registered four receptions for 51 yards over 10 games in 2019, and he contributed as a kick returner as well. If he lands with another team, he'll likely need to contribute on special teams again.
