Dolphins' John Lovett: Placed on IR

Lovett (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.

Lovett signed with the Dolphins in February after he went unsigned in 2021 following an ACL injury he suffered in 2020. It's unclear whether he was placed on IR due to the knee injury or if it's something new, but the fullback is now in danger of missing the entire 2022 campaign unless he reaches an injury settlement with Miami.
