Penn announced his retirement on Monday.
Penn had a lengthy NFL career, as he played in 194 games from 2006 to 2019. He spent five of those seasons with the Raiders and inked a one-day deal so he could retire with the team. In addition, he also suited up for the Vikings, Buccaneers and Washington Football Team.
