Carter missed the Eagles' past two contests after suffering an injury to his abdomen in Week 5. The veteran safety was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday this week, but a full session Friday has cleared the way for him to return to action Sunday. Carter's return will give Philadelphia depth behind top safeties Andrew Mukuba and Marcus Epps.
