You never know which running back might pop up on the Fantasy football radar next. Until two weeks ago, Philadelphia's Jordan Howard was a forgotten man. Once a 1,000-yard rusher and a quality source of TDs for Fantasy players early in his career, Howard had fallen off to the point where he had returned to Philadelphia as a practice squad player. Yet in Week 9, he was the Eagles' leading rusher with 71 yards and a TD on 17 carries. In New England, longtime special teams standout Brandon Bolden has been pushed into a larger role, and had 81 scrimmage yards on Sunday.

Top Fantasy football waiver wire picks for Week 10

One player Engel is advising Fantasy players to target on the Week 10 waiver wire: New York Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore. The rookie officially announced his arrival as a significant Fantasy contributor in the first game of Week 9. Moore scored 27 Fantasy points in the Thursday night game against the Colts. By the time Monday night's game was done, no other Fantasy wide receiver had outscored Moore in Week 9. He caught seven of eight targets for 84 yards and two TDs.

Thursday's outing should just be the beginning of Moore's long run of relevance as a Fantasy player. The Jets had been sorely lacking a big-play element in their passing game, and Moore is clearly their most dynamic performer among all of the pass-catchers on the New York roster. In the present, the Jets are trying to be more competitive and regain respectability. In the future, they want to be winners. Making Moore a big part of the passing game will go a long way towards New York accomplishing both of those goals, and you can get good Fantasy production from him along the way.

Engel is also strongly recommending Cleveland wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones. The Browns have opened the door to opportunity for Peoples-Jones now that Odell Beckham Jr. is gone. Cleveland does need a downfield playmaker to complement their strong running game and the reliability of Jarvis Landry. Peoples-Jones fits the bill. 

The second-year wideout confirmed he is ready to take on more of a featured role for Cleveland in a major win over Cincinnati on Sunday. He caught a 60-yard TD pass, and more big plays will be on the way from Peoples-Jones. He already has a 100-yard, two TD outing to his credit this year in addition to his highlight scoring catch in Week 9.
