Jets' Joe Tippmann: Out for Week 8

Tippmann (thigh) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Tippmann continues to manage a thigh injury sustained versus the Eagles in Week 6. Until the rookie second-round pick can return to full health, Wes Schweitzer will continue to fill in at right guard.
